Concept Design
Based on the owner’s requirements we identify a feasible design space by analyzing the alternative sets of design solutions. Determination of main parameters such as length, beam, depth, draught and block Coefficient. Determination of hull forms such as mono or multi-hull vessels, with and without bulbous bow. Determination of different construction materials such as steel, aluminum or fiberglass-reinforced polymer. Different machinery arrangements such as single or multiple screws and podded propeller, OBM etc.
Basic Engineering
There may be many different answers to this question, depending on the person. As a Ovvac, we have many answers, but what matters to us is what it means for our customers and what they want from us. Process engineering and basic engineering are the most basic engineering steps for industrial facilities. Many engineering software and tools are used at this stage, however, it is important for us that the wishes of the customers are correctly transferred to the P&ID diagrams created with the experience and knowledge of the Ovvac team. Well Side Construction
Ovvac has prepared civil engineering design and construction documents associated with more than one hundred different sites for horizontally drilled gas wells.
Our services include site selection, earthwork grading plans, drill pads, impoundments, access roads, spoil/waste areas, associated drainage facilities, erosion and sediment control and reclamation, construction quantities, contractor bid sheets, as-built drawings, maintenance and emergency action plans, dam breach and inundation analysis, and upgrades to affected county roads.
Tank Farm Construction
Construction & Assembling Department of Sketch specializes in constructing industrial facilities, which include tank farms. More than half of our annual amount of work includes constructing oil tank farms and liquid bulk terminals: fuel and lubricants, oil residue, bitumen, etc. We also cooperate actively with agribusiness and food manufacturing industries: we construct turn-key ready stores for raw materials and manufactured goods – tank farms for liquid product and silo complexes for dry goods. Our services are in high demand of chemical industry enterprises, housing and communal services and other industries, because any industrial and production facility requires construction of storage tanks, for example, for emergency water storage.
Detailed Engineering Design
Ovvac detail engineering work covers a wide range from single equipment to the design of an entire plant. On the basis of equipment, detailed calculation and project studies are carried out for many products such as storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, steel structures, taking into account the standards detailed below. Apart from this, general and detailed projects of the entire facility are made using 3D drawing programs.

Reporting
Maintenance reports are provided for each valve involved maintenance process in accordance with the standards ASME, DIN and API depending on the area of use of the valve. Our reports include pre- and post-maintenance images of the valve, work done during maintenance and comments on the condition of the valve.

Insulation Works
In the case of insulation systems, the phrase out of sight, out of mind, often applies. Most commercial insulation work and many industrial insulation systems are hard to access or are hidden in walls, ceiling areas, or spaces that are seldom seen. These rarely seen insulation systems are designed to perform quietly for many years with little maintenance, so they are often left uninspected until a major problem occurs. For most applications operating at above-ambient temperatures (especially indoors), maintenance is very minimal. Routine maintenance is more necessary for insulation systems that are outdoors and exposed to weather damage, or indoor systems that may encounter damage from personnel. The case for maintenance comes down to a simple analysis of the cost of energy saved or lost versus the cost of the repair. Maintenance can also be required to prevent a safety issue, (e.g., burn protection). In this case, repairs must be made immediately.

Neutralization of Welcutting
A neutralization reaction can be important for many reasons.
Neutralization reactions are when an acid and base react, typically forming water and salt. These processes will help return pH levels to more neutral levels.
Soil can sometimes become more acidic. By adding a substance which will neutralize the acidity, it will be possible to raise the pH to more neutral levels and allow for plants to grow in the soil and ensure the glamorous environment again.
